Railway scales

Explanation

ESİT RW railway scales are made of fully electronic weighing equipment and pit-mounted steel weighbridge(s) embedded under the rails. RW's design is based on the weight of the railway engine, which will cross over the platform, and its dynamic effects, and the scale has a robust static build that can withstand heavy duty conditions.  

Railway wagons are stood and weighed on the scale. Since the wagons are connected to each other, the length of the weighbridge must suit the wagon lengths. In order to provide a weighing solution for all types of wagons, ESİT's RW railway scales are produced in various lengths and with single or double bridges. In double bridge scales, weighbridges can weigh wagons both individually and collectively, which enables weighing of wagons in different lengths.

Cement Plants 

In cement production plants the entrence of the raw materials are made with esit truck scales,in busy plants the systems are kept dynamic and fast via esit production line scales, tank scales and electronic monitoring systems enabling the factory to produce with maximum output with minimum waste. 

In production lines using Esit automated scales ensures high speed quality production and thus providing economic benefits to the producer.Depending on the various stages of production 

belt scales or flow scales can be used to measure while on production or the system will only allow the amount of materials the user sets. 

Ready Concrete Plants 

In concrete plants material flow to the plant is controlled by Esit truck scales,In concrete production dosage control and tank systems are used. 

Construction 

In large construction sites material flow is controlled by Esit's truck scales.In sites with heavy traffic Esit's automated recognition systems can be used to accelerate the process of material flow. 

All Esit products are electronically controlled and are protected from external effects.All Esit products are capable of connecting to other industrial control devices thus providing easy control to the user.

ESIT company's weight equipment is currently use at the Jebel cement plant and other cemento plants.
